TERMS OF AGREEMENT
1 • Please acknowledge that I, the illustrator, am first and sole owner of all “copyright” and shall retain intellectual rights of all work.
2 • The illustrator is entitled to use all illustrations for self promotion purposes, or to enter into a contest.
3 • No modifications, changes or alterations may be made to the Illustrations or any part thereof, directly or indirectly, without Illustrator’s prior written consent.
4 • Client (you) agrees to include a mention and/or credit to illustrator in connection with the artwork.
5 • Client shall furnish illustrator with (at least) one specimen of the final work/product (Shirt, LP, etc.)
6 • Client shall make a deposit of 30% of the price agreed upon (not including taxes) before Illustrator starts his work. The Client won’t get this back. This fee is to make sure that intentions are serious, and in case something happens during the process that will stop all activities, Illustrator’s work will not have been completely in vain.
7 • Only upon payment in full of all fees, the Illustrator shall grant the Client’s rights to use the design for the specified purpose, and shall transfer high resolution files of the artwork.
The Client may not assign or transfer this license unless authorized by illustrator.
